Good morning dudes & dudettes
Slept early again & after a long time I can say I had 8hrs of sleep
Hahahaa hope I can keep up this track record
Anyways went straight to my dressing table as per normal to put on my contacts
Opened the container slowly & carefully
Only to realize that one side of my lens..was torn
Now how did that happen?!
It was perfectly fine the night before
Just to be sure I held it at all angles and scrutinated the damage
Yeah..one side was ripped & dangling off precariously
Damn it..the best part is I just opened up this pair barely 2 weeks ago!
There goes my $$$!
Well no choice..have to purchase another pair later..
Most of the opticians only open for business around 10am or 11am
Thus..I have to spend the next couple of hours squinting or looking pleasantly distracted
Hahaha..my specs..which I accidentally broke 1 year ago is still resting in its case
I can just hear my mum tsk tsking away..
"Told you right pat..go and get your glasses fixed!Lens will eventually damage your eyes!Waste of money!Blah blah blah!"
Somehow..instead of cursing or swearing upon the discovery of my torn lens..I just sighed & breathed a silent.."tsk..aiya"
Hmmmm.

Well..I shall get going..stuff to do..
Hope I don't make a fool of myself in public..
As it is I feel kinda lost with my suddenly not-so-perfect vision..
